Satnam Virdi established his own firm in 1994, focusing on human rights and local government litigation, particularly education and SEN law. He previously trained and worked in the Planning Law team at a City law firm, and then as the senior litigation solicitor in a large, London borough in house legal team. 

SV Law has represented several large Local Authorities in their SEND Tribunal Appeals. We also work on school exclusion cases, disability discrimination in schools, and school admissions. We have handled complex judicial reviews in both the High Court and Court of Appeal. We also have experience with appellant work and advising parents in appeals.
