Background

Every two years, all SRA-regulated firms must collect, report and publish data about the diversity make-up of their workforce. The SRA then publishes this data in their law firm diversity data tool. This data highlights the makeup of the solicitors’ profession and helps guide the SRA’s work in engagement, regulation, and research.

Type of school employee attended between the ages of 11 and 16

Did either parent attend university and gain a degree by time employee turned 18?

Primary carer for child or children under 18

Employees caring for someone over 18 with ong term physical or mental ill health caused by disability or age
