Our training is designed specifically for clerks and independent panel members sitting on admissions and exclusions panels. We cover the statutory framework, natural justice and procedural fairness, and give panellists the confidence to ask the right questions and reach robust, defensible decisions. Sessions can be delivered in person or online, and tailored to a single local authority or as an open, multi-authority course.
