Our history
Founded in 2008 by Satnam Virdi, SV Law began as a firm dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services to local authorities and schools, with a focus on litigation.
Over the years, we have evolved into a specialist education law firm, representing clients across England and Wales. Our expertise spans SEND Tribunal Appeals, judicial reviews in the High Court and Court of Appeal, school exclusion cases, disability discrimination, admissions, and appellate work for parents.
Today, we remain true to our founding principle: providing expert, accessible, and proactive legal support to every client - from large local authorities to families navigating the SEND system for the first time.
